I am Cheryl Szczarba and I was raised in Bethany CT and am a graduate of Amity Regional Senior High class of 1978.

My background consists of 18 years in the engineering field (BSEE 1984, Northeastern University) and is where I get my strong work ethic, organizational skills and discipline. I chose to move back to New Haven at the end of 2002 after my father, an Emeritus Mathematician at Yale, was diagnosed with Parkinson™s disease. At that time I joined my mom, Arlene Szczarba, who has been in Real Estate since 1982. We are a team that works together and helps each other as needed.

I was awarded ™2003 Rookie of the Year™ by the Beazley Company my first year in Real Estate. Since then I have consistently been a Top Producer and a company award holder for both my previous companies, Beazley and Prudential.

I have been aggressively pursued by all of the top Real Estate agencies in the area. I have chosen Seabury-Hill Realtors because of their presence and history in New Haven county as well as their marketing, technology leadership and their location in New Haven.

My family and I are firm believers in support of local community and have been major contributors/sponsors for many disciplines in New Haven including City Seed, Creative Arts Workshop International Festival of the Arts, Edith B. Jackson program, IRIS, and the Wooster Square Cherry Blossom Festival.

My husband and I are residents in New Haven™s historic Wooster Square where my office is as well as my home office. I am currently on the board of The Priory Condominiums where we reside.

I am a committed full time professional who has an excellent rapport with my neighbors, clients and peers. I continue to be a Top Producing agent in the New Haven area.
